10 months

Well I did a six month update, then a three month update and now I'm only a week or two late from a MONTHLY update!  Woo-hoo!  Progress...
Little e at 10 months is a lot of fun (and starting to be a lot of work too).  He is crawling, pulling up, doing a small amount of 'cruising' and ALOT of talking (yes mom, I know where he gets that from...)  He added 'duck' to his vocabulary and started making car noises when he runs his cars around (melts my heart!)   Each month it gets a little harder to capture his picture sitting down in the big white chair.  This is what you see - ahhh, sweet adorable little 10 month picture in his chair...

...and this is what you don't see...

pulling up crawling to the table

reading said books off the table - then proceeding to throw them all on the floor
and the ever popular 'biting the foot thats trying to hold you on the chair' lol
And that is what it REALLY looks like to get those sweet pictures.  I think its sorta fun to see the outtakes because it shows his personality :)

Pumpkin Patch

A few weekends ago we visited the 'pumpkin' patch or as close as we have here in Augusta at Sneed's Dairy Farm.  The kids got to jump on an inflatable pillow embedded in the ground (pretty cool actually).
Jenny and Jocelyn

Eric and e on the jumping pillow

We also played on the swings, looked at the animals and took a 'carriage ride.'  Our passes bought us a trip or two through the corn maze but everyone figured getting lost in a maze with tiny kiddos might be a bad idea so we passed.

All in all we had a lot of fun with our pumpkin and his good friends (as always!)

What fun things have you been doing this Fall?

3 more months...

Three more months have gone by since I posted about what we've been up to - so I thought I would at least update with the monthly photos of our growing boy...

7 months

8 months

9 months

He is crawling, pulling up on things and jibber-jabbering all the time.  He says mama, dada and ball (or bah - which is his FAVORITE word to say).  He is such a smiley happy boy and I am sooo lucky to be able to be home with him all day everyday!

Moving into Fall

Fall is admittedly my favorite season and I always look forward to all it brings - fairs, football, fall colors, chili, bonfires, Thanksgiving - ahhhh!

But this year I am actually sad to leave some things from summer behind. Trips to the park, summer vacations, festivals and outside fun with our friends...

But strangely the thing I think I am going to miss most about summer being gone this year is something entirely new and different...

Clean lovies and cloth diapers hanging out on my clothesline drying in the sun.  (I loved it so much I made that cute bag for my clothespins!) :)
